I e-mailed a shop in South Africa once when I was ISO a box of Partagas Culebras... they wouldn't ship to me.

I was in South Africa this past summer, And checked out a place in the Gateway mall in Durban. Called Zoggy's Tobacconists, http://www.gatewayworld.co.za/storedetail.asp?id=896. I thought there prices were a little high, but over nice shop. Any questions PM me. I have friends who live in south Africa, and I could get some other info.
