Does anybody know what the real deal is? I'm heading to the city tonight for fireworks and I just purchased an Upmann Cameroon Toro that I was hoping to smoke downtown. I completely forgot about the new law and do not want to end up with a fat ticket. Thanks!

I smoke outdoors all the time down there...just as long as I'm walking, I've never gotten any trouble. I start to get looks when I'm just standing around, not moving. Good luck and enjoy the show

No smoking in public parks or at the taste..unless you in some designated cigarette smoking area.

Downtown smoke were ever you like. I plan on lighting up as soon as i get off of the brown line and finish up before I make it into the taste..LOL!!
