Cigars in Coffins

Hello All:

I recently purchased a pair of the Punch Rare Corojo "El Doble" coffin cigars. I'm going to let them age a bit, but it got me interested in other cigars that are packaged that way and worth smoking. I've been told that the CAO Odyssey should be passed on, the Camacho Liberty are so-so and the Perdomo Edicion de Silvio "Salomon de Cedro" is a good one to get.

Anybody else have any ideas or input?

Perdomo Edicion de Silvio are not something I would recommend.

The Opus A which retails for 25.00 would be my first choice.

Nice thing about so many different tastes. I don't have the same problem with the EDS that Master has. You can always send them to me if you don't want them.

OK, I'll keep a look out for the Opus A. I have had a few other Opus from my local shop, but have never seen an "A" locally.

Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 come in coffins and are damn good smokes.

Just picked up one of these from a local store. It was between $10-$12. Glad to hear it's good, I'm anxious to try it.

I second that.

There is also a CAO cigar that is from a recent Super Bowl, made for the Palms casino, that is a coffin cigar.

There is also a Camacho Libery that comes in individual coffins.

I haven't tried either but have heard good things about both.
