A few of my "Habanos brand" cigars - (cheap but great) - have developed a square-ish shape, they are losing their roundness. I have been having some problems with keeping my humidor levels down, (I am new and filled it too much!)

Anyway, I turned them on their sides, hoping to even them out... Is that going to work?

Thanks!

I doubt that will help but hopefully one of the veterans will have some insight. Have you calibrated your hygro to try and start managing your levels a bit better? Over-humidfing can lead to trouble with a capital T.

YEA.... I got freaked out when the levels went down, so i filled it up... too much... And now it's goin over...

YEAH I'm A NEWBIE!

lol

but i'm learning!

Get Viper's beads!

It is amazing how many threads can be resolved with this simple answer.

Dry cigars, wet cigars, cigars that blow up, taste bad, canoe, draw poorly, etc.

These can all be due to improper RH/storage issues that, in turn, can all be illiminated by the steady, correct, care-free, idiot-proof, beads!!

:D
