Clogged my pipe

My pipe is clogged and I am not sure what to do. I tried a toothpick, but that didn't work. My tamper is to big to get into the whole. Is there any pipe tool made for taking care of this problem, or am I doomed to have a pipe that won't smoke.

Have you tried a "Pipe Cleaner"? :whistling: Where exactly is it clogged?
