The Colorado Senate voted to tighten smoking restrictions, but cigar bars, casinos, and B&Ms are still exempted. Currently, a bar need only say that they derive 5% of their revenue from tobacco. There is not infrastructure in place to make them prove it. It seems that soon, there will be. Our govornor is a Democrat and Dems control both houses. I've read one prediction that the house wants to take it further.

MN's governor is a conservative Republican and he's made it clear that he will sign any anti-smoking bill put in front of him.
