.... what you think is going to be a regular event turns out to be an event to remember.
This past weekend we attended a wine tasting event in Berkely. The gentleman who opened his house for the event is an international art dealer, who just happens to own the Bernard Maybeck Chick House. I wasn't quite sure what that meant until we got there and saw the home ... WOW! I've always been very much into archecture, old homes and art ... and this home was like visiting a museum in the beautiful Oakland Hills.

As I was leaving, I thanked the owner for opening his home to us and briefly mentioned wine and cigars, he said he also enjoys cigars on occasion so I asked him for his mailing address. Guess who's getting a little surprise in the mail this week
