Coolidor Question?

After way too many nights on Cigar Bid, JR Auctions and Cigar Auctioneer I have quickly outgrown my 70 Quart coolidor. The primary reason for the overflow is the boxes are odd sizes. I am considering taking the cigars out of the boxes and creating bundles. Most if not all are in celo or tubes.

Has anyone done this and would it cause damage?

I am open to suggestions or recommendations from others.

Thanks in advance.

What I tend to do is put the boxes that fit nicely together towards the bottom. I put singles in gallon ziplocks on top with the bag partially opened to allow for good airflow. I wouldn't consider doing all singles in such a large cooler, the cumulative weight may damage some cigars on the bottom.

Just how I do things.

Either that, or try some cedar singles trays. Tis' what I do, and I've been playing Tetris for the past 6 months and I still manage to make it work! Clearly you're not smoking enough!
