Coventry Cat...where ya at?

YEAH BABY!!

I've seen that before but it's been a while so thanks for reminding me!!

It's a great video and the boxing footage was filmed at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Montville, CT. :D

This is the title cut from the Dropkick Murphy's latest album, "Warrior's Code." They have a new CD coming out this September called "The Meanest of Times."

I went to see the Tossers and the Street Dogs last week in Boston and Hartford which reminds me, I have to start a thread about that show. The Street Dogs lead singer Mike McColgan is the original lead singer for the Dropkick Murphys and they are AWESOME! The Tossers are another Punk-Celtic-Folk band from Chicago who are more like Flogging Mollly than the Dropkicks. I like 'em all! The six CD changer in my car right now is loaded with The Tossers and Street Dogs CDs but I have to rotate the Dropkick Murphys back in there soon. :D

I hope to see a show in Canton, MA on August 12th where the Tossers AND the Dropkick Murphys will be playing!

Thanks for thinking of me HillBilly! :)

I saw the DropKick Murphys, Tossers(I think it was them) Sick of it all, and the Horrorpops at Emo's in Austin last March. The show was great, it was a hell of a time, and tickets only cost $20. The Murphys are in heavy rotation on the Ipod right now.

I'm pretty sure that this past March, The Tossers were touring with Reverend Horton Heat. At that time, The Briggs were touring with DKM along with the Agrolites (a reggae/ska type band). The Tossers have a female fiddle player and seven members but Clay, the banjo player usually doesn't go on the road with them anymore so when they do shows outside of the Chicago area, the line up only has six band members.

Every DKM show I've been to has been a great time!
