Thought you guys might appreciate this. Current project at work we are going to be manufacturing a FDA approved saliva based test kit that you can take in your own home and not have to go thru the swab to the brain. Same company and does the kits for Ancestry figured out they can use it for covid testing. By next year it will be pretty much the gold standard for covid (and other) testing.
