Edited to add: The article's headline is factually incorrect, Cuba has a command economy, France has a socialist economy.

Things are slowly being changes, they even sold 50% of Habanos a few years back... I bet Zino Davidoff would of loved to buy that.

It sure looks like curtains for Fidel, but the really interesting thing will be the model for their economy that they come up with. Make the economy more efficient while avoiding Capitalism. Very interesting!
