Cuesta Rey Cigar Bands

A while back, I received a newsletter from Cuesta Rey, and it contained a merchandise area where you could get discounted goods if turning in your cigar bands. I seem to have misplaced this issue, and would appreciate it if someone knows of a web address that has information about what items are available, as I have an abundance of Cuesta Rey bands taking up space. I tried a google search, but was unsuccessful.
