On Monday, November 17, 2008, the Dallas City Council will be meeting to draft further provisions to the proposed smoking ban. This is an OPEN MEETING and CRA urges all CRA members and cigar enthusiasts located in the Dallas area to attend and make a difference.
Where: Dallas City Hall (Council Briefing Room 6-ES)
When: Monday, November 17, 2008 at 4:00 PM

The proposed smoking ban in Dallas includes provisions that would OUTLAW the ability to enjoy a fine cigar in several areas:
BARS (INCLUDING CIGAR BARS)
OUTDOOR PATIOS OF RESTAURANTS
WITHIN 15 FEET OF THE ENTRANCE TO
PUBLIC BUILDINGS
We also urge you to write a letter to Dallas Mayor Leppert and City Council Members.
