FYI for those in the Washington DC area. There is an event run by Draper cigars (a local institution) that benefits the Make-a-Wish foundation. It is called the "Little Puff 2004" and will be held at Fran O'Brien's - a steakhouse here in town at 16th and L street NW on September 17th, 2004 (Friday evening).
Cost is $125 dollaridoos - which includes open bar from 6-7pm, cigars from 15 manufacturers, liquor samplings, and food from area restuarants. A live auction will also be happening with hard to find cigars and misc. stuff.
Reservations can be made by calling Draper's at 202.638.2555 - and space is limited to 140 people (they are about half full now, and I'd guess they'll sell out without a week or two).
I'm not sure if I'm going or not, but I'd probably go if anyone else from CP were showing up... so let me know if you're coming.
