This thing is really crazy! I just heard on the news that a woman was killed in Fairfax, Va. tonight outside of a Home Depot store!

I hope they catch this SOB, it's really got folks nervous in these parts! :angry:

I'm watching it on the FOX News station right now. Really awful. Again, they see the white van, but can't catch him... :angry: Hope they get this piece of trash really soon.
 
Me too! I have a feeling that they will get him, he's dumb enough to drive the same van every time!
 
It makes me angry! :angry: I used to be against the death penalty, but when someone uses lethal force to take someone's life, I want to see that person put down as an example to others who might do the same stupid thing. I'm a bit confused because I haven't felt this way in a while, but I have to admit, I find myself emphatizing with the victims and their families! It's so senseless, I hate that it is happening. :(
 
I think it'll be awhile before the police catch him; he seems pretty good at E & E. If average folks in that area regularly carried concealed weapons, though, it wouldn't be too long until an armed citizen came across him either setting up a shot or exfiltrating after making one. Especially this one I hear about where he voluntarily confined himself to a shopping-center parking lot that he could easily have been blocked into...but wasn't, because there weren't any police in the area.

Criminals almost never commit crimes around police, which means the only folks who are ever going to be able to stop them are armed citizens. Police are for filling out forms, tying on toe tags, and performing investigations, not for preventing crime or protecting people.
 
This guy is not going to get caught...He will die in a shootout when he messes up. He is too bold to let the police take him in. and some hero police officer will have a happy trigger finger and drop the dirt-bag where he stands outside of Michaels Craft store.
 
Well not to sound mcabre but I hope that scenario happens becasue I would hate to see him dissapear like the Zodiac Killer did.

I didn't know that the Zodiac Killer was never caught... I guess I am too young. OFF TO YAHOO!
 
This guy is real scum. Women, children, men, old, young, he just doesn't care. I gotta tell ya that it's a little uncomfortable filling the old gas tank or doing anything else in public for that matter. I hope they get him soon before he murders any more innocents.

I just heard that there is an unconfirmed report that a sniper-like shooting occured here in Richmond today at one of the malls. I hope this is not true!! :angry:
 
there was also a report that they had a white van conered in a parking lot at brook rd and rt. 1
 
My cousin was in the Best Buy at Seven Corners and then hopped over to the Shopper's Warehouse, same building as the Home Depot, during the last shooting. Seems this side of my family has been close to all the "Action" over the last year or so. My aunt watched the plane fly into the pentagon while commuting to work, then her office is in a building next to one of the ones hit with anthrax and now this scumbag is killing people in their neighborhood. Bad news...... :angry:

I could not agree with you more, Barak. We need courage from our American citizens to blow the whistle on this dirtbag before he selfishly takes more citizens down. It is our America, let's not let him wreck it!
 
That last victim was a member of a friends family. They are having a real hard time right now. Brought it real close to home

This **** is out of hand. I know they will get the bastard. I hope it is sooner than later.
 
NOVICE PREDICTION: The reason a sketch has not been released yet is because the sniper is of Middle Eastern descent. The release of a sketch of a Middle Eastern sniper would bring logical conclusions that Al-Qaeda was involved. Thus, the authorities are waiting for this sniper to strike again so they can catch him.
