Ok, no more TV posts from me for at least a month, after this one of course

I came across a show that is on Discovery HD Theater in the morning that is pretty sweet. I found it yesterday and actually made some coffee this morning and sat and watched it for a while.

Its simply a broadcast of various Tropical Rainforest's etc. I'm not sure if its a live feed or not, but they keep you posted on the time of the filming, as well as the location.

So far, I am really really enjoying this whole new HD Experience. Pretty sweet to sit in your living room and watch footage from some rain forest in the morning!!

I've attached a linky for your viewing pleasure. If you haven't checked it out....DO IT!

Sunrise Earth

AH! I remember the glory of the new HD set... I'd watch anything as long as it was in HD.

There is a show called "Cathedrals of the Game" that is just HD shots of Baseball Stadiums. Dull as a post, but captivating at the same time.

But I think the best HD programming that has yet graced my 3-year old set was Discovery's "Planet Earth."
I'm not sure if they are still airing it, but you've just GOT to watch it in HD!

Sunrise Earth would be a great show to set the auto-on program of the TV to. Wake up to a new sunrise every morning...

Yes the memories of my first few weeks of HD. Sunrise earth was a staple, got to the point where I watched nothing but HD, hell I would watchin cookin shows in HD.

How many HD channels do you get on satellite?

There are 20 or so now, but by the end of the year there is supposed to be between 100-150. So they say anyways

I still find myself watching things that I would have NEVER watched before in SD... DiscoveryHD has some amazing content!!!
