You can probably configure Win2k server for your RAS box to dial into, I'm almost certain of it. If not, you'd have to get a shareware utility or pick up Terminal Server for Win2k server, but that might be a bit overkill.

Lilo and grub are the way to go if your itching to play with linux and still have the dual 98 or 2k. If I might suggest a version if your not ready to tackle the command line.... Get Mandrake. It's almost the beginner Linux now, all the great taste of Linux, but with KDE as the front end automatically instead of booting to the command line. But if you really want to play and really get into it, go with the Red Hat version. Both are great flavors tho, you can't go wrong.
Oooo, the Unix for dummies book is very good, I have a copy for when I get a senior moment which has been happening a lot since using the Mac. Also check out O'Reilly's Unix books.
