Anybody read his book? My local B&M has a copy and I thumbed through it today and was wondering if anyone has read his book? If so is it worth picking up?

I think I heard this guy on "Late Night with George Nori"on the radio one time.He seemed to make a pretty good argument but I haven't read the book.Everything in moderation is pretty much the key.
