Email Notifications for PMs'

Is anyone else having a problem with getting email notification for PMs'.

Never had trouble before, but ever since I got this spam PM in my inbox, it's
been an issue.

If you are talking about a notification to whatever email you have set up through CP, I get that in my hotmail and I never EVER look at it. I always check CP. So when I do check that email, I just erase those messages that let me know I have a private message on CP. Course, If this is NOT what you are talking about go on back to your regularlu scheduled program. And for the record, no I for one am not having an issue with mine.
