Thanks to hillbilly steaks, i have been inspired to bust out the old big cheif smoker, and cook up some meat. Im so impressed with it, i had to make a thread.

I made 3 racks of ribs, 1 pork leg, and a sampler of chicken jerkey. My god the chicken jerkey was good. Defenently making TONS of that this monday.

Anyways, heres some pictures of my dinner! Enjoy.

By apperance, it doesn't compete with hillbillies. But im sure it will taste delishous.

thanks, sorry, none to go around right now.. but when the next giant batch of chicken jerkey comes around, i may be able to send some out.

I ate it, the pork leg was amazing, the ribs where a little bit over smoked.. But still very good.

The chiken jerkey takes the cake. Iv never had jerkey so good..
