At approximately 12:30 EST, an explosion ripped through the normally peaceful streets of Woodbridge, VA.
"It appears that the device was concealed in the victims mailbox." officials said "Upon opening the mailbox the device was triggered and the package exploded".
This attack is not believed to be the work of any terrorist organizations, however, the attacker, known only as "NASTY" is still at large. More details will be available as the investigation progresses.
