Fucking Pandas
Like the previous 2 from the Smash, this one is super approachable on the initial light as there is no pepper bomb waiting to great you.
1/3: Slightly cinnamon or clove note but really its Sandalwood that is greeting you. A rotation of black pepper, cherry and sharp cheddar pop in as well.
2/3: Moving through the middle third, it is cherry, sugar and cream notes.
3/3: Some salt, some black pepper and some mesquite smoke is how the final third decides to go.
Final thoughts: Its really good. I like the flavor transitions. Again, i prefer over the 2021.
