Favorites Lists by Price

Update I want to see more lists. I also decided the box price before shipping is more appropriate because when you refer to a "$5 retail cigar" you aren't including tax, which almost always amounts to more than shipping when boxes of cigars are involved. I updated my favorites already since starting this thread.

One of the most common threads that pops up on the cigar forums I read are requests for "best bargain" or "everyday smoke" preferences. Of course given such a vague request the replies vary from dog rockets to $10 cigars.

I think a better way of asking this repeat question is as follows:
Please name your favorite cigars priced at or under $1,$2,$3,$4, $5......(one at each price)
This is the "by the box" price that is consistantly available and not cigarbid bargains or moonlight madness deals. One dollar to Five dollars is a nice place to start, but by all means go higher if you wish. I would also ask that the list not include ISOMs.

I was pricing things in my Humi that I like and didn't see any under $1 so I'll post favorites in the $2-6 range: (Note that I favor Maduros, and it shows)

under 1$...cohiba clubs(go through 2 or 3 twenty packs a year) and boli chicos

1$+...hard to say probably ryj panetellas or ra small club coronas

2$+...boli coronas juniors/party shorts/boli petite coronas

3$+...bolivar coronas

4$+...upmann super coronas

5$+...dont buy many boxes over 125$ and dont really have a favorite

I guess I am a bit of a "snob" as I don't buy cigars under $5. Not that they are "bad" I would just rather buy one REALLY good $6-10 cigar than two $3-5 cigars. I only smoke 3-4 cigars max per week as it is - may as well be the best I can find!

Everytime I buy a $6-$10 cigar, I think of the money I would have saved if I bought a Padron 2000 for less than $4. The flavor IMHO is usually better and it is the most consistant cigar I've had yet for the money.
