GB software or template for DB?

I have used a paper and pencil to keep track of GB info and that works, but it would be nice to have a little more integrated approach.

Does anyone have a solution that works really well?

I use an excel spreadsheet. First tab I keep all the address of all the participants. Second Tab I keep track of the cigars and ppl in the GB along with a checklist that includes a PAID column. Easiest way I found to keep track of monthly GB's.
 
I just keep track of things in a Word document. I list the people participating and their addresses. Then I change the color of the font in their name to a certain color depending on their status, such as "confirmed participant", "$$ Rec'd", "Cigars Sent" and "Cigars Rec'd".



If folks are doing group buys that are getting complicated enough to where they need anything more than what I do above then they are asking for trouble.
