I never really understood the need for bottle openers. I've never had any trouble just twisting off a bottle cap. I guess if it really hurts your hands, it makes since. But still seems like a waste to me. Or maybe it's just for show, who knows. ???

When the cap is not a twist off...it's a little hard to twist off.

You can use the edge of a table and your hand in a pinch. Last thing I want to put on the rim of a bottle is everything I've just walked in...poop, piss, spilled beer, etc. etc...

Back when I drank I just used to use my Bic lighter to open the bottles. The party animals all had little chips on the bottoms of thier Bics. :laugh:

We just use one bottle to open another in the PI. Never at a loss for San Miguel and no need for openers when another bottle'll do.
