Normal Velveeta crap cheese block melted, mixed with 2/3 cup milk and 5 fresh chopped Ghost peppers. Hot but not insane. Sorta creeps up on you.
 
Made some of this too. Just use more less hot peppers if you don't have any Ghosts around. Even Jalapenos with added Hot sauce seems to work OK.
