This is my second review so bear with me, after a meal of salmon cooked in the oven wrapped within aluminum foil along with green peppers and onion and slices of lemon with butter, fantastic, i went out and enjoyed the sounds of the cicadas and their mating calls. A nice dollop of single malt with an R.P. Sungrown torpedo to accompany it was the order of the day. The Glenfarclas has a blond color in the glass and has a sweet taste that i really enjoyed, not too overpowering, just right for my palate. Just a few drops of water to bring out the flavor, and i waited about 15 minutes to let the single malt start to give off that delicious smell i love. Not too much of an alcohol burn on the tongue and a hint of orange in my mouth. The R.P. Sungrown Torpedo really tasted better then i've ever had before, the two complimented each other very well. I highly recommend these together, at least in my opinion. Two thumbs up on this combo!

I'm a big fan of the Glenfarclas 17, would you believe I can't remember if I've ever had the 10. Thanks for the review!

Glenfarclas 17 sounds like the malt to have, but at $45 for the 10 y.o. i couldn't pass it up, and glad i got it. Thanks for the input.
