New study from the University of Florida and published in the July 2007 issue of Plant Biotechnology Journal found that diabetic mice that are administered insulin grown in genetically modified tobacco get cured of their condition. Hopefully they're getting a handle on this thing, diabetes seems to be affecting a lot of people, now i hear of childhood diabetes, maybe this is the end of the road for this horrible disease.
