Great Michelada Recipe

[Hillbilly Steaks]

Today's Michelada Recipe

Start with largest beer mug you can find. 34 oz work perfect
Lightly salt rim
Fill about 3/4 full with ice
Add Cold Corona - about 3/4 of the way full - you can substitute Dos XX amber or Negro Modelo
2-3 good shakes of Worchestshire sauce
2-3 " " of Chipotle tobasco sauce - or your favorite hot sauce
Juice from 1/2 of a lime
couple shakes of black pepper
Fill the remaining with Clamato Juice
Still well, then add a zesty dill pickle slice

These things are freaking great! Awesome for hangovers too ; )

Great LINK REMOVED! I never thought of using the chipotle Tabasco. I want to try the habaniero flavor as well. I use Tajin seasoning on the glass instead of salt. I also use a bit more lime. Check out some of my LINK REMOVED. I love this drink as well.
