Guess what I saw at the Rotary auction?

So there I am, walking around the silent auction tables checking out all the signs for items that will be bid on throughout the evening, and I come upon this:

Wow, I think to myself - kind of surprising that they can list something like that here in the states. But then again, my curiosity has been aroused.....

For all of a freakin' millisecond before I look down on the table and see this:

Christ! I couldn't bring myself to tell them. I know it was wrong - but all the money was going to a help the local Rotary club. I should have brought it up, but if I had...
1) The item probably would have been pulled - causing the money bid to be lost
2) The person that donated them would be humiliated in front of all his peers.

It just wasn't worth the headache.


What's that you ask? How much did they end up going for?

I would ask that guy that donated them at some point though as to where he bought them. :0

BTW, Carrie & I picked up some Cubs tickets at the auction. We overpaid - probably a lot - but they're CUBS TICKETS!
