HBS - I (finally) made the 2 racks you sent me last night, shared them with my wife and mother-in-law. (yes, you heard that correctly, my mother-in-law!)
All I can say is, WOW! They were awesome. Both my wife and her mom kept saying how great the flavor was, and they didn't need sauce. And I brought the leftovers into work for lunch, for some more goodness here in about 4 hours...

I thought I had me some leftovers for lunch the next day, but all I found was the empty container in the sink. My 17 year old daughter ate some at dinner the same time we did, and got 'my' leftovers later that night. Yea, they were that good. :thumbs:
