Habanos S.A. authentication site not working anymore?

For the last few weeks I've tried to enter some serial numbers into the Habanos SA authentication site and all I ever get back is "oops the site is busy right now". Is that site gone now? Has anyone been able to use it?

Sometimes you have to enter the code backwards for it to work.

Just tried again and still get this. Different browsers and different computers.

Well, I gained access remotely to a computer a few miles away using a different domain and was able to successfully use the site. That's weird as I've used it dozens of times from where I live. Thanks for the feedback everyone or I probably wouldn't have tried using a computer in a different domain.
