My sister in law sent me THIS e-card. I have never heard of such a holiday. From what little info I have found it would appear that this holiday only celebrates machine rolled cigars as it is in commemoration of Oscar Hammerstein's patent for his cigar rolling machine. Talk about greeting card manufactures scraping the bottom of the barrel to find a holiday to sell cards.
