Guys, I would almost certainly bet it is. I am a former retailer and had constant competition from guys who don't give any follow-up information. The price is the hook.

Just a tactical point: If someone was selling Opus cigars for $2 each would you buy from them? If they set up shop and were selling from Toronto, ON in Canada and they swore they were priced to move, would you trust them? What other bullet is this guy competing with? I could be dead-wrong, of course, but forgive me, I expect the worst in a lot of cases.

That's not a valid analogy. This guy's prices aren't that out of line...at least not to the point of ridiculosity. Yes, there are things we should be wary of....the hotmail account scared me right off, but he's not obviously a fraud and should get the benefit of the doubt until we find out otherwise.
