My name is Ian, and I’m the current owner of Heartfelt Industries. I’ve been passionate about cigars, woodworking, and aviation since around 2008, and like many of you, I’ve spent a lot of time dialing in the perfect humidor environment.
After Heartfelt was off the market for a couple of years, I had the opportunity to acquire the company and bring its premium humidification beads back to the cigar community. My focus has been on maintaining the quality people remember while continuing to improve consistency and availability.
I’m here to be a resource as much as anything—happy to answer questions about humidity, humidor setups, or anything related.
