Help from some Bros in Chicago?

One of the guys in the shop here at work bought a BMW M3 online from a guy in Chicago. The escrow company that is responsable for handling the $$$ and TRACKING the car as it is shipped is :

This car was purchased 2 1/2 weeks ago and after many e-mails and phone calls this company has yet to forward any tracking info as to weather it has even shipped yet.

Anyone know of these people or how they run their bizz?

I bought my Jaguar on eBay and it took almost a month to get it. I had it shipped from California to Connecticut and I think it cost around $900.00 in a NON-enclosed trailer. There were some oil drip marks on it from what ever car was above it at some point during the move. In my case that didn't matter since when I bought it, it was a basket case and they knew darn well it wouldn't matter.

The shipping companies usually have to transfer the car at least three times between transporters. You have a contract with the primary one and then he subs out the trip to carriers all over the country.
