As you all know, we're facing a serious threat to our hobby in this country. Not only with SCHIP, but with the smoking bans in general. The anti-smoking committees are very strong, and are trying to take our rights away everyday. If we continue to be passive and non-aggressive in defending our hobby, you won't be able to purchase cigars in America much longer, at least not at a reasonable price. Already Washington & Alaska are charging 75% in tobacco tax! Before we know it, there will be taxes on cigar's across statelines - this will put most of the B&M's out of business. It's time we all start becoming more pro-active and do all we can to protect our hobby and our rights.

Finally, there is an organization to support us and fight for our rights as cigar smokers. They're known as the CRA (Cigar Rights of America). This is the ONLY true organization out there who has the power to fight for us. They need your help. Please join the CRA, it's only $30/yr and well worth it. For the cost of a few cigars you can help make a difference. We need all the support we can get, and the CRA is there to represent us. Again, they are the ONLY organization able to fight for us.
