Y"all know i was away. During that time mom got a little
sick and cant cook anymore. Dad was was bringin in dinner
everyday. Well, i can cook, just about anything. And i like it.
So, about 2 to 4 times a week i cook dinner for them, and whoever
shows up. The folks have mild tastes, so i tone it down.
Grilled salmon, chicken parm, fancy omelettes, home fries.
Feel good food, they feel good eatin it and i feel good cookin for them.
