How to change thread settings

I noticed recently that when viewing a new post, the replies are listed only with there titles below it. Can someone tell me how to change it so that the FULL reply show up automatically below. Nothing seems to work from the user controls. Thanks.

Open the thread in question and click on the options in the right hand corner of the thread. You can make the view change there. Hope that helps.
