I'm "not allowed" to smoke in the house either.
The best I can do indoors is to smoke right by the fireplace, with a fire burning, and the draft will pull the smoke right out. It actually works pretty well, but if the fire is too small, not enough draft, and if the fire is too big, I get a burnt face. <smiley with burnt face>
