Yee Haw, thanks to some help here, i got about 23 opus x (mainly robustos), about a dozen assorted Ghurka, about 8 Rocky Patel Vintage, 4 diamond crown maximus robusto, and 6 padron 1964 :D :D

tampahumidor.com has plenty of Ghurka and Rocky Patel - great prices

cigarsbygeno.com has plenty of Opus x robusto, belicosa xxx, and perfection x (robustos are 15.95)

ovtc.com has Padron 1964 and Diamond Crown maximus (got their las 8 opus x :D ) (great prices)

feel like i won the lottery for some reason :D

and all are being overnighted while the wife is out of town, so it'll be grief free :laugh:
 
$16 for an Opus Robusto is way above MSRP (which is $10.50), you are in FL, you should be able to find Opus' at or close to MSRP... I see them all the time when I'm in FL.

the store in Tallahassee was out in 3 days :( , and i don't get around the rest of the state much, so i went ahead and jumped on them for $16, as much as i enjoy them it didn't seem to terrible.
 
I am about an hour from Geno's shop. So, in the future if you ever nead more Opus, and want to save on shipping, let me know, and I can pick them up and mail them out.
 
didn't mean to kill the buzz Gator, wasn't sure if you knew MSRP, I hate seeing brothers getting gouged... unless they want to be :)

i guess it's a supply and demand thing, i'm told that most of the Opus X are about gone now. I guess PT barnum was talking about me when he said a sucker is born every minute :blush:
 
When I was in Florida in the summertime, Edward's in Tampa had almost every size Opus for MSRP. I was looking at them and then bought some other sticks. The guys turns around and says to me... "Don't you like the price?" I said... "The price is fine, I just don't like the cigars! :D "

A couple other places I visited in the Tampa area had plenty of Opus' at MSRP. Maybe I just always see them because I don't want them.
