I ordered some meat from hillbilly steaks 2 weeks ago, and it finally arrived Wednesday. I threw it in my freezer and forgot about it until today. I heated up some ribs and... wow. Erick you've ruined me; I can no longer eat ribs because I'm almost 100% sure that nothing even comes close to yours. GOD BLESS YOU! You are truly a master of your craft.
