The screws that were in my elbow for the better part of a year:

There is still one more screw and a pin in there

The scar:

Got more if you want 'em but this tells the story well enough.

Are they gonna leave the other screw and pin in there? :0
The scar doesn't look bad at all, it sort of gives you some character now..... :D  :p

The other screw had had bone kind of grow to envelop it so it would hav ebeen way too hard to take out plus it was obviously causing no irritation.

The pin is alsi hammered deep into my bone, it was originally holding a ligament onto my humerus. Again pointless to take out as it's not anywhere hear the articular space :)

What a comedian :)

Maybe that's the real reason for all the dog rocket bombs........

BTW since you're all so interested in how I'm doing....

Everyday activity is almost back to normal. I would say 97+%

I can do pulling activities like lat pulldowns and very light weight bearing activities (like low rep sissy push-ups) but last week I did 4 sets of 10 strict push-ups. NOT quite reado for that. If I ever bench 200# again I am taking a pic and sending a framed one to my doc!

So I guess you can say that you really SCREWED up your elbw!?!?!?! :D :p
