Well, apparently I stepped slightly afoul of propriety by attempting to find purchases and trades before I sent an introductory post. My most humble apologies, and thank you to all those who have given me helpful insight, and those who have already come forward with offers of trades and splits.

By way of intro, my name is Josh, I have been smoking cigars seriously for about 10 years, had my first about 15 years ago. I love them, and am thrilled to have found an online community that shares my passion. I am also a scotch lover, and collect and drink it even more feverishly than I do cigars. What else? I love to eat and play poker...so anybody near Hartford, CT that knows of any cigar dinner/poker game/scotch tasting/herfs....just let me know...I'm in!

I look forward to trading, buying, and eventually passing with you all.

Thanks for the welcome so far, and I'm thrilled I found such a great forum!

Howdy! You should talk to AVB about the scotch and if you want to talk CT political history...well lets just say you have someone to talk about scotch with :)

Thanks! I have been in that thread already. I'm going to try to make it!

While I'm here....I checked out the lingo page (http://www.cigarpass.com/?page=lingo), but I can't find BOTL....what does that mean?
 
Welcome from Va. BOTL means Brother Of The Leaf yeah some of the lingo that gtes tossed around here can be confusing from time to time but its always better to ask and be in on something than to sit confused for too long.
