Irish Coffee

CoffeeGeek.com has a pretty interesting and, better yet, instructive piece on the history and the correct way to make Irish coffee. I figure with all this snow/freezing rain/etc coming down, a nice big glass of Irish Coffee might be just the thing to take the edge off with a cigar in the late afternoon (or early morning, if that's how you roll).
