For all of you "space junkies" out there in Cigar Pass land, I've always enjoyed the following link for a real-time view in HD of Earth:
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/iss-hdev-payload
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/iss-hdev-payload
The ISS has a number of camera's on board, and NASA usually will show a forward, bottom, and rear view as they travel through the outer atmosphere during their daytime orbit (when the ISS is passing over "dark" areas of the Earth, you will only observe a dark screen).
However, if you want to see where exactly the ISS is located in its orbit (and in relation to the live feed you are viewing), you can follow the ISS orbit here:
http://www.n2yo.com/
http://www.n2yo.com/
This will give you some current information in regards to the ISS, and "your" current location (if you take advantage to plug-in your zip code).
Enjoy!!!
