It's raining cats and dogs, well mainly dogs

The weather has been pretty wacky around the DC metro area these last few days - sunny one moment, pouring sheets of rain the next. Well, I was driving home and one of these microbursts popped up and it's started to pour cats and (pug) dogs. Entering my driveway I could see that my mailbox was knocked askew by the storm. Well I open it up and BOOM, a Pugman bomb goes off.
