Fucking Pandas
1/3: Again, this variant starts off subtle but with honey and graham cracker with a touch of cedar. Finally I get some pepper on the retro hale. Overall a very pleasant first third.
2/3: In a weird turn of events, the flavor shifted to KC BBQ and as we progressed through it, wasabi joined in! What a shift!
3/3: Worcestershire sauce or umami or both. There is also some heat of the red pepper variety.
Final Thoughts: First I like the subtle flavor notes in this heat of summer. The Jason was too much so the Jekylls were a welcome relief. This particular Jekyll had some flavor transitions that suggested I was on drugs. However, it was interesting in that it kept me guessing.
