Johnny Hart dies

B.C. is an American newspaper comic strip written and drawn by Johnny Hart. It is set in prehistoric times, featuring a group of cavemen and anthropomorphic animals from a variety of geologic eras. It is one of the longest-running strips done by its original creator, having appeared daily in newspapers since February 17, 1958.

That sucks. The BC comics were always some of my favorite comics with that quirky humor. We'll see if his comics go into syndication like the Peanuts of Shultz.

I think my favorites were the ones where BC would write a question on a tablet, then float it off. The snarky answer would float back the next day.
