JR's Unadvertised Inventory

JR's site states:

There are some cigar brands that JR is restricted from advertising on our website or in our catalogues. However, that does not mean that we do not inventory these "so called" limited availability brands.

What might these be, for example?

My uneducated interpretation would be either: there are cigars produced that are not allowed to advertised for sale or they are saying they can sell cigars they are not allowed to sell due to restrictions by their locality.(produced or distributed) Either way interesting. further, either way I am at a loss as to way they would advertise this.

Not sure, but I know there are some places that do not advertise their hard to find stuff. Tampa Sweethearts, for example, does not advertise Anejos, but they have them available at times.
